Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless, pin bones removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 6-quart air fryer

Method

  1. Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Toss the salmon cubes with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the thickest pieces reach 145°F.

Notes

For the most even doneness, check the thickest salmon pieces with an instant-read thermometer. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a lower-sodium option, reduce the kosher salt.
