Ingredients

  • 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing; 8 rolls
  • 10 mini chocolate chips
  • 1 orange candy-coated chocolate
  • 2 pretzel sticks

Equipment

  • 1 rimmed baking sheet

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Separate the cinnamon rolls and arrange them with edges touching in a snowman shape: 1 roll for the head, 3 rolls for the middle, and 4 rolls for the base.
  4. Bake for 15–19 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  5. Cool the rolls on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread all the icing over the snowman.
  7. Decorate with the chocolate chips for eyes, a smile, and buttons.
  8. Use the orange candy for the nose.
  9. Press a pretzel stick into each side of the middle section for arms.

Notes

Press the pretzel arms into the rolls while the icing is still soft so they stay in place. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a gluten-free variation, use gluten-free cinnamon rolls and pretzels.
